📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction plans, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to maintain high-quality standards.
• Identify and report hazards, near-misses, and safety violations to the project team.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified issues.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local, national, and international regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation using AutoCAD and BIM 360.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and compliance status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site inspection, construction quality control, and safety management.
• Certification in ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001) or similar safety management systems.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, BIM 360, and SAP.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
