📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food standards.
• Assist the head chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet service demands.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
