This is a full-time position located in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya, offering a competitive salary of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.

Maintain and update IT systems and software.

Monitor and manage IT security and data backup.

Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.

Conduct regular IT audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Train and mentor junior staff on IT best practices.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless IT operations.

Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Familiarity with IT security best practices and data backup procedures.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Valid IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) is a plus.
