📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct individual and family counseling sessions to address emotional, psychological, and relational issues.
• Develop and implement family therapy programs tailored to the unique needs of each family.
• Provide conflict resolution strategies to help families resolve disputes and improve communication.
• Educate families on healthy parenting techniques and family dynamics.
• Collaborate with other professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for families.
• Document and maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and family progress.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on the latest counseling techniques.
• Promote the services of Harmony Family Solutions within the community and refer families in need of support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family counseling or a similar role.
• Certification in Family Therapy or a related field (e.g., CFTE, CFTI).
• Strong knowledge of family systems theory and evidence-based counseling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using counseling software such as Counselor Pro or similar platforms.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with additional language skills being an asset.
