📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of waiters to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Maintain high standards of food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop new staff to meet company standards.,Assist in the preparation of daily schedules and staff assignments.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid food handling certificate.
