We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hostess, Bartender, Cashier, Housekeeping, Commis, and Lighting Staff in our beautiful location in Badung, Bali.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and comfort. Whether you are greeting guests at the entrance, serving drinks at the bar, processing transactions at the cashier, maintaining our cleanliness standards, preparing food, or setting the perfect ambiance with lighting, your contributions will make a significant impact on our guests' experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as a Hostess.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages as a Bartender, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently as a Cashier, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain and enhance the cleanliness and orderliness of our premises as a Housekeeping staff member.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards as a Commis, ensuring food safety and quality.
• Set up and operate lighting equipment to create the desired atmosphere in various areas of the establishment.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment, supporting team members and following established protocols.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, and participate in regular training and development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, NCR, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for long periods of time.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid work permit and visa for Indonesia.
