📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care, including medical and nursing assessments, treatments, and interventions.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccinations and immunizations.
  • Promote health education and preventive care to patients and their families.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
