📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive job postings.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for each position.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Track and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
