📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to understand the needs of the position.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for the role.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the position.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and assist in the decision-making process.,Maintain a strong relationship with candidates throughout the hiring process.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the recruitment process.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
