📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and employment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
