📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the distribution of products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth and effective distribution of products.,Manage and supervise a team of distribution officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to distribution operations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to foster a positive business environment.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of distribution operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other distribution management software is a plus.
