Indonesia Insurance is seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR department in maintaining and updating employee records and files.,Assist in the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures related to human resources.,Coordinate with the HR department to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the organization and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR department in handling employee relations and resolving workplace issues.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics.,Support the HR department in any other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
