Bright Central Jaya is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
