📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Contribute to the growth of our retail business through effective sales strategies.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help improve our products and services.,Assist in the training and development of new sales consultants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proactive and results-oriented mindset.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
