📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to the management team.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
