Your daily work will involve communicating with clients, analyzing financial data, and implementing recovery strategies to ensure timely payments and resolve financial issues.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct initial contact with clients to resolve financial discrepancies and negotiate payment plans.
• Analyze and review financial data to assess the viability of recovery efforts.
• Implement recovery strategies, including follow-up calls, emails, and letters, to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and financial transactions using our in-house CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new recovery strategies and processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt recovery and financial services.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in financial recovery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or a related financial services role.
• Proven track record of success in resolving financial discrepancies and ensuring timely payments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess financial data and develop effective recovery strategies.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and financial recovery software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A certification in debt recovery or financial services is a plus.
