📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
