📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Oversee branch expansion projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Utilize BambooHR for HR management tasks and Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR officers and project coordinators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and project management, with a proven track record of successful branch expansions.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR management software like BambooHR and project management tools like Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
