📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and availability.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and outages.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to end-users.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Work with other IT team members to improve IT processes and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Good understanding of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and security.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
