📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling patient appointments and procedures.
  • Support the operations team in maintaining medical records and documentation.
  • Assist in managing inventory and supplies for the medical center.
  • Provide support to the front desk and registration staff during peak hours.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating medical staff schedules and shifts.
  • Support the operations team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist in any other duties as assigned by the operations manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
