📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.,Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with the management of guest records and reservations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
