In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements for employees.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.,Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
