📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials and finished goods.
Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure favorable contracts with suppliers.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant management or a similar role in the FMCG industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing production processes.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Thorough knowledge of quality control principles and standards.
Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Familiarity with industry-specific software tools like MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
