📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to ensure we are hiring the right people.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from advertising jobs to onboarding new hires.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and employers.
