📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Promote our products and services through various channels, including social media, email, and direct outreach.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
