In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer interactions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs and concerns.,Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on dental care products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dental care products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with dental care products and services is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
