📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expansion in the media and PR industry.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.,Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to enhance our market presence.,Manage and oversee the corporate sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategies and decision-making.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or a similar role in the media and PR industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the media and PR industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
