As a Waitress at Warung Umago Sanur, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Your day will be dynamic, starting with preparing the dining area, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with a smile. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for our guests.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
- Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Previous experience in a high-end or premium hospitality environment is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
