📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the daily operations of steel pipe manufacturing processes
- Support production planning and scheduling using ERP systems like SAP
- Monitor and report on production metrics and quality control parameters
- Participate in inventory management and material procurement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes
- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) is a plus
