📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects using tools like Jira and Trello.
• Support project managers in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Document and maintain project processes and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the PMO team, including data entry and report generation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project management best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital solutions or tech company.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
