📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable financial regulations and tax laws.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
• Provide financial advice and support to the management team on financial matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws applicable to the company.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
